We focus on finding peace and purpose among women and in Jesus Christ. We promote mental wellness and spiritual nourishment. We teach how to implement mindfulness to regulate emotions and reduce stress. Other activities include yoga, meditation, games, art, time in nature, journaling, movie night, and connection with other women. All meals and snacks are provided (with gluten-free options available).
